TE ProConnect – PRO EASY 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

We appreciate your business and are committed to making your return experience as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.


Returns for Unopened Merchandise

 

  • Products that are new and unopened may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the product value.

 Defective Products

 

  • If you suspect a product is defective, please submit a support request for assistance.
  • In some cases, we may direct you to the manufacturer for final troubleshooting.
  • If the product is confirmed defective within 30 days of invoice, it may qualify for replacement.
  • Final determination of defect status is at the discretion of TE ProConnect and the manufacturer.

 Non-Returnable Items

 

Products that are opened, installed, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return and fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes:

  • Items with broken seals or missing accessories
  • Packaging that is defaced or incomplete
  • Products that have been mounted or marred

 

The following items are non-returnable:

Special Orders Custom or made-to-order items
Bulk Purchases Large quantity orders
Software Licensed or downloaded products
Batteries All battery types
Books Printed manuals or guides
Installation Tools Tools used for setup or mounting
Spy Equipment Unless security-sealed or deemed defective

 


Return Authorization Process

 

  • All returns must be pre-approved.
  • Complete the Return Request Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returned items must include:
    • Original documentation
    • All accessories
    • Packaging in pristine condition

Important: Do not write on or attach labels to product packaging or documentation. Such returns will be denied without exception.



Shipping & Liability

 

  • Refunds do not include freight charges.
  • TE ProConnect is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Customers are encouraged to:
    • Use insured shipping
    • Choose a method with tracking and signature confirmation

Items damaged during return shipping will be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.


 

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

 

  • If an order is refused or undeliverable due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Missing buzzer codes
    • Customer unavailability

A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping and original freight charges will apply.

If re-shipment is requested, the 15% restocking fee will be waived.

International Shipments:

  • Refused shipments will incur a $25 restocking fee, plus:
    • Round-trip freight
    • Duties & taxes
    • Brokerage fees


 Defective Products Beyond 30 Days

 

  • Products deemed defective after 30 days fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • TE ProConnect will assist with warranty claims where possible.
  • Some manufacturers require direct customer engagement.

Note: Any product modifications (e.g., cutting cables or connectors) may void warranty coverage.
