TE ProConnect Shipping Policy

At TE ProConnect, we proudly ship throughout Canada and the United States from our Oshawa-based warehouse. We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, local couriers, and LTL freight services. While UPS is our primary courier, we reserve the right to choose the most suitable provider based on shipment size and destination. Customers may also request to use their own courier account.


Free Shipping on Web Orders

 

We offer free shipping on most online orders within Canada, depending on location and order value.

  • For northern provinces, territories, or orders below the free shipping threshold, flat-rate shipping is available.
  • Orders placed via phone, fax, or email may require a higher minimum for free shipping.
  • Additional freight charges may apply for:
    • Oversized or overweight items
    • Extended-area or expedited deliveries
    • Split shipments

We do our best to absorb shipping costs, but some exceptions may apply.

Note: Certain products are excluded from automatic shipping rate calculations due to size, weight, or special handling requirements. For these items, customers must contact us by phone or email to confirm the correct shipping rate before placing an order


Express & Same-Day Delivery

 

Need your order fast? We’ve got you covered:

  • Express Air Shipping available across Canada for orders placed before 12:00 PM ET
  • Same-Day Delivery by 5:00 PM within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) via Oshawa


Loss & Damage Claims

 

To ensure prompt resolution, please report any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Outside Canada

 

Customers importing products are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government or customs authorities. These fees are not charged by TE ProConnect, and we are unable to estimate them.

Before placing an order, please ensure that the product complies with local regulations for use or installation.


 International Shipments (Outside Canada & USA)

 

Once your order is received, we’ll contact you with available international shipping options and costs, allowing you to choose your preferred courier.

  • Typical international shipping fees range from $30–$80, though larger or heavier shipments may cost more.
  • Customers are responsible for customs, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes levied by their courier or government.
